by purchasing from @chewzy.art , you agree to the following terms & conditions :
Shipping
Orders may take up to 1~2 weeks to be processed.
I am not liable for any lost or damaged mail when it is in the hands of Singpost, Asendia or your countries' postal service.
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds to orders that has been shipped out.
Customs & Import Taxes
For international customers, do take note of the custom and import fees that may occur. I will not be responsible for any delays or extra costs incurred.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All of the artwork, designs, and products on our website are drawn by me and is @chewzy.art's intellectual property.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or sell any of our artwork or designs without my permission.

Lost Package?
- To minimize the risk of lost parcels, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked delivery service at checkout.
- Orders without tracking have a higher chance of being lost during transit. Chewzy.art is not responsible for lost parcels shipped without tracking.
- Once your order is marked as shipped and handed over to the delivery provider (e.g., Singapore Post or Asendia), Chewzy.art no longer has control over the parcel's delivery process.
- If there are delivery mistakes or issues with your order, please contact your local delivery company first to resolve the matter.
- To find out who your local delivery company is, visit the Asendia Tracking Site with the tracking number provided. Look for "Delivery Partner," usually located on the bottom right of the page, and click the link provided for more information.
- To resolve delivery issues quickly, call your local delivery company and provide them with your order's tracking code.
As a small business, Chewzy.art has no power to resolve international order misdelivery. After contacting your local delivery provider, if further assistance is still needed, feel free to reach out to us with the details of your case.

Lack of Order Confirmation?
If you haven’t received an order confirmation or tracking code, it’s likely because you didn’t provide an email address during checkout. Without an email, we’re unable to send updates about your order.
To retrieve your order details, please email us at cs.chewzyart@gmail.com with the delivery name you provided during checkout. We’ll locate your order and assist you as quickly as possible.

Label Created Not Yet in System
If your tracking page shows "Label Created Not Yet in System" for a while, it means your order was packed but yet to be picked up by the shipping company.
It may also mean the order was already picked up but have not yet reach your country.

Pre-Order Items
Orders inclusive of Pre-Order Products will be shipped out in 2 months unless specified!
Updates on when exactly the products will be sent out will be on my Instagram.

Please note that our standard processing time is one ~ two weeks from the receipt of your order.
Singapore / Asia ( 7 ~14+ working days )
UK /EU / USA / Others ( 14 ~ 30+ working days)
delivery time is an estimate based on previous orders' average shipping time!
Tracking Info
All Tracked Orders can be tracked on Asendia or SingPost
If you opted for tracked shipping during your checkout process, you will receive the tracking information in your email!
If you did not select tracked shipping unfortunately there is no way to track your order.
Please choose which shipment you want at your own risk!
Refund / Exchange Policy
As a small one-person business just starting out, I regret that I am unable to accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made.
Please note that any orders returned to me will require a re-shipment fee to be paid before they can be shipped out again. Thank you for understanding!!!
